Rather than allowing distractions to get you off track, choose where you direct your attention based on an understanding of your priorities and goals.

I’ve learned this past year that I need to control external factors like technology. But I’ve also been learning how to manage internal factors, like behavior and thoughts.

Learning to practice attention management won’t eliminate distractions, but it will give you more control over how you spend your time and — and your life.
